HOW TO DEVELOP WORKABLE GOVERNMENTAL POLICY IN THE 21ST CENTURY WITHOUT HITCHES.

It is expected that a fast growing civilized sets of people living in a particular society must be able to Know When and How a policy draft is to be implemented to avoid living in a backward and stagnant undeveloped society in the 21st century where experts will not be able to differentiate between the uncivilized and civilized persons in the society. The KNOW stems from the ability to understand that the society is ripe for the policy and the WHEN is the ability to determine the facts within the available socio-economic development context that the people are willing and prepared to adopt and adapt to the new policy program. And the HOW produces the framework for the necessary structure laid down to defend the public policy and incorporate the people's natural development in to the new policy draft system, where the former laid down rules and norms would not affect negatively or co-exist with the newly presented policy reforms. Societies  must not always adopt imported policies without adequate consideration to for-tell its impact in the society's future.

The old policy system and its structures has a way of nullifying and strangling any new attempt to develop and promote new ideas for the advancement any society. And before the new policy draft is fashioned out, a lot of work must have been done assiduously on making the policy draft to suit the traditional values of the people it is meant to develop. New policy draft suffers non implementation in many underdeveloped countries because many policy draft do not go through the experimental stages and whenever new policy idea is allowed to be used for experiments among people and it was discovered to be of great advantage, that is when it can have minimal reasonable advocates among the officials of the old order but yet many among them will see it as a threat to the existing practice or as  non-workable policy. And in an attempt to discard the new policy draft for non implementation, the operators of the archaic policy will be willing to incorporate some version from the new public policy draft into the old existing policy to cover up the lapses in it to deceive the entire population.

What happens on the short run to the versions hand picked from the policy draft, is that it will be tampered with to suit the old program and it will not be effective because the employees do not understand and can not comprehend what the desired result is all about. It can be attributed to be because the initiative was not conceived by them and the necessary tools for its efficiency has been left out. These are the reasons why public policy fail consistently. Societies are not to be enacting policies into laws based on short term contingency plans but rather develop policies based on education and enlightenment of the people over a period of time.

An example of this is allowing a particular Micro heterogeneous locality and another homogeneous locality within the larger Macro heterogeneous state to develop and adopt the policy as a way of conducting a research at the initials to discover the response of the people to the policy and verify the outcome if it will suit the larger society. If the results are positive, it will be those populations in other geographical areas of the territory that will be requesting for its adoption.

For other population to accept such policies, officials or government agents working within the establishment for the promotion and execution of the policy must be institutionalized and not personalized. Institutionalizing the officials simply states that the institution is greater than any personality who might be willing to affect the flow of the operations in the organization negatively by setting it off track, the modus-operandi of the stated policy by the organization is and must be the scared law that every person must abide by and every individual within the organization is expected to study it and inculcate the knowledge for the proper implementation and consistency of the program. It must be devoid of  nepotism, political interference or social sectionalism, everyone who works within must be sourced from every section of the society and it must be independent from the control of politicians to perform its duties.

Consistent research, projections and drills must be applied when the policy is being executed, this is done to know what the future impact of the policy will become in a changing social environment and through its consistency officials will quickly manage the response of the people and understanding their feeling towards the program and its efficiency or inefficiency in response to the welfare and the security of the people.

ISRAELI MEDIA AND THE RACE TO ATTACK IRAN EARLY.

A good strategic media policy is being conducted to bring the United States military power deeply into the Geo-political game in the Middle East for it to attack Iran on behalf of the Israeli nation. Attacking Iran's nuclear facilities is the reason why the Israeli media will not stop advocating for the day and predicting the time necessary for the Natanyahu government with the support of the United States to bomb Iran before the U.S. presidential elections. The most scary issue for the Obama administration is that America is entangled and more preoccupied with the problems at homeland than that of its baby nation Israel and this is what the Israeli media needs to know. On its own accord, Israel will not take an inch, even with all the troubles it has systematically created for Iran by U.S. imposed sanctions. Baby Israel has grown within the neighborhood and it enjoys political and military supremacy by creating pandemonium and consistently crying foul being a spoiled child of the U.S. Israel media is interested in dragging the U.S. into its self determined ambition by the daily war media expectation with Iran which its media organisations have been  predicting with the support of many right wing U.S. politicians. But i doubt if the Israeli regime will go it alone without the support of the Obama administration in the United States.

The political influence of the Israeli regime and AIPAC in American politics during this 2012 presidential campaign period has a role to play. And the Israeli media is expecting to receive adequate support from the American public that do not understand the challenging economic issues. These voters and supporters of Israeli government would be expecting any Republican or Democratic presidential candidate in the race to mention the word ''Bomb Iran'' and trust these radical Americans that are uninformed about the facts but relied on the mainstream media, will see reason with the candidate and will swiftly jump on the war wagon straight away. Within days, political analyst and opinion polls will predict such a candidate can be sure of more votes from the ''Iranian haters''which will secure the presidential candidate to the White House by November 2012.

Both front-runners have refrained from supporting the intentions of the Israeli government and the best way for the Israeli media and its western counterparts to keep the war campaign going, is for it to be heard louder by the American public. For the Israeli media to keep advertising that specific item consistently during this electioneering time on its agenda, it really means business and the message is only meant for the American voters and their policy makers to determine the candidate who cares about the safety and security of Israel. And to make all Americans know that, Israel is an extension of the United States territory being the 52nd state which is located thousands of miles from the mainland. In order to hasten the war, the Israeli media tries consistently to educate people around the world that the holocaust committed by the Europeans is a history which both imperialist Americans and the AIPAC do not want to forget easily.

The Holocaust during the second world war (1939-1945) has been able to deliver a license to previous and present Israeli regimes to boldly attack with impunity any nation that challenges its authority in the region and this has led to more political and diplomatic tension with its near and far neighbors. Its neighbors have come to a conclusion that they are paying the price of the holocaust which they never committed at the first place but Iran being a country in the region does not have such mentality which the Arabs have. Iran stands as a challenger to the Israeli dominance and aggression in the region and for this purpose it has to pay for its crime for supporting the weaker Arab neighbors of Israel.  The reason for the Israeli  media painting the image of an imminent attack on Iran is because it knows that the U.S. dollar from the U.S. tax payers could finance and secure for its nation any type of cruise missile and Jet fighters it deserves to attack Iran without having to spend much in the war. Having known it was successful with operation ''Cast Led'' in Gaza, which killed 1400 people both women and children and no international organisation asked the Israeli regime any questions for the crimes it committed, the Israeli media and its government felt relieved and its wanting more of regional political power. The Israeli government and its media sees itself as stake holder in the U.S. presidential elections and it has deemed it necessary to  beat the drums of war sooner as its own manifesto in the race rather than waiting to see later who wins the presidential election .

The world would be watching to see if Prime Minister Netanyahu is serious about his intention when it comes to attacking Iran. Many political analyst around the world are sure Iran will not be caught unaware in this game or waiting to ruminate on what next to do when the Israeli missiles are hitting the Iranian territory in the first minutes.

HOW THE UNITED STATES SOCIETY PSYCHOLOGICALLY PREPARE CHILDREN FOR FUTURE WAR.

Whenever I receive reports that an American military service man was killed in Afghanistan by the Taliban, I weep for their families and imagine the trauma those family members will go through missing their loved ones, whom at a young age, believed in the American dream of becoming successful and living his dreams. I can not stop asking why the U.S. invaded Afghanistan and decided to stay forever in the mountainous region where foreigner with guns are never welcomed for centuries, wasting the lives of the generation that would have created more valuable impact in the American society. Rather, it preferred sending these young people to the home of death where they earn peanuts for technically protecting some powerful personalities business empires where they would probably return to someday and continue acting as an urban slave in the organization.

The young adults that are sent to war do not know when or how their lives will be terminated by the sporadic bullets coming out of the AK47 or the crude improvised explosive device of the enemy. What they grew up to know is a social system that has been organized for an American service man from his childhood days is to see war as a means to an end through the Hollywood screens, that portrays the U.S. as the victor not knowing much of it is a fantasy. The grooming stages starts when his parents get to buy him a toy pistol or preferably a water gun and he starts pointing and shooting other kids in a friendly police like scenario at home, school and in the neighborhood. And as he grows up, he gets addicted to war movies and buys many CD's of the Terminator and other action movies.

The social culture of war programming does not stop there, on his 13th birthday, he is presented with a video game machine filled with war simulation icons to learn quickly how to get a pin point accuracy in shooting skills to kill the enemy. And in some few years, he must have mastered the art and eager to handle the real weapon. Then comes the enrollment into the military service, where he will be able to officially handle and operate the real live weapons and several sorts of ammunition inclusive. But not on his home soil for it is meant for the battle field in a foreign land where the people are sub-humans and the propaganda machines which speaks of the powers and might of the American service men abroad after every ten years, pitches this young man against the enemy who never used any electronic medium to learn the art on the battle field.

These young men are flown to thousands of miles away from home led by generals sitting in offices with their political friends asking if  instructions have been passed to the boys on the field to let the Northern Alliance rebels a long time staunch enemy of the Taliban, that have held on to the capital city Kabul for decades to lead the way all in an attempt to lessen causalities on the American side at the early stages of the war. With the zeal of killing as many enemies as possible in Afghanistan, the young men are eager to be at the war front to show case their talents but the enemy knows his territory and decides to opt for a gorilla warfare which the young men were never taught. Within their first two months, they begin to understand that the enemy has no military uniform and his life is not as important to him compared to theirs. Not because he has no dream of adding value to his society but because many occupying forces have distorted their natural development for centuries.

Then comes a day when they go on patrol seeking to capture or kill the enemy like they did in many video games which they did play at home. On one of  their daily routine the reality came into play and were attacked by the Taliban fighters in order to repel the foreign enemy's advancement in their cities and towns. It was a terrible battle, to the extend that, reinforcements were called for on the American side and on both sides men were lost in the attack. These young men could not comprehend what has happened to their company within 25 minutes in a strange territory, many lives had gone and some comrade bodies were been placed into body bags to be sent home.

Killed himself after coming back home from war zone

After getting back to base, these young service men wondered why  the Taliban enemy does not carry much arms and ammunition and do not wear bullet proof jackets to secure their lives yet fight to the last man, while they that wore bullet proof jackets suffered more causality. After one or two tours, these young men suffer from being neglected by the authorities, depression and post traumatic stress disorder and later point the gun on themselves or on other law abiding citizens in their neighborhood. Still wondering what the U.S. government will do to those that are homeless after serving the nation.

This acts have not abated and more body bags kept coming home everyday without it been reported in the media. The value of the war in the U.S is a trillion dollar and counting  being spent on war contracts which never provided job opportunities for the citizenry but breed corruption in every sector of the economy which has failed its citizenry on every sides. Americans now go hungry and angry against their rulers in Washington that have no escape route from the present danger which has sent our national debt to 14 trillion dollar, a debt that our children children can not finish paying.

How strategic is Afghanistan to the American foreign policy which depends on the Military Industrial Complex? Checking through the map, I came to a conclusion that, the main aim of making Afghanistan an out post is because its located in central Asian region where China, Iran, India and Russia could form an alliance and influence economically and politically the Asian continent not excluding the middle east. These countries are seen as eternal threat to the U.S.imperialistic power in the Asian continent for decades by previous and present U.S. policy shapers. While Pakistan the only Muslim's country with  nuclear war heads also does not trust both the U.S. continuous stay in the region and India's influence.

The reason for going to Afghanistan has exported terrorism to every part of the world and Westerners in many capitals of the world do not feel safe anymore. The paradise the U.S. attempted to create in Afghanistan has failed and it would have been rather better that its leaders learn lessons from the expedition of the USSR and gradually withdraw its troops during this economic recession. For the difference between Americans and Afghans is quite sharp, in the sense that when a lone gun man kills a person in the U.S. the prosecutor seeks a death penalty for the fellow and the family awaits the judgment.

In Afghanistan when an American soldier kills and Afghan, there is no room for court process, the whole relatives and friends around the country will seek to kill any American soldier for revenge. Any Holy book can be burnt in the U.S. but desecrating the Holy books is a taboo in Afghanistan and their is no chance for forgiveness for such acts. These simply explains the reason why the U.S. military can not win the hearts and minds of the Afghans because the two cultures are not complimentary.

NATIONS NOW QUICKLY LEARNING HOW TO PLAY THE ART OF INFORMATION WAR GAME.

Each government and nation is expected to learn the role Information War is playing in the 21st century and its impact in depicting the image of a society, in order not to be caught unaware. The western media establishment initiated and evolved from a media empire which encourages professional journalism by investigation to a propaganda mouth piece for governments and individuals. Media and the entire professional aspect of reporting events around the world has evolved to become an act of Information War to colonize the minds of the people at home and others around the world which influence their decision against or for their governments and other nations. Journalist and news reporters in other super power and developing nations have now learnt the propaganda skills taught by the western media to protect their interest and to catch up with the U.S. and other European media influence around the world, the new comers like RT, Al-Jazeera, Al Alam, PRESS TV and CCTV dish out information in their own perspective that are alternative to that of the Western media. All in an attempt to protect its political, social and economic interest just the way the western media does to protect its political, social and economic interest both at home and abroad. Alternative views from these Middle East and Far East media outlets attacks the official narrative by the Western media on issues concerning their home countries and tries to hype its government internal and foreign policies just as the western world does in information dissemination.

Many wise and intelligent governments like Iran, China and Russia in the 21st century have taken it upon themselves to educate the viewers both at home and abroad, about the they perceive as the true picture of former and existing events through their media outlets before the western media which they know and believe will distort the information to its own benefits and make good use of the information to derogate its national interest in a negative form.

One can not shy away from the fact that these media outlets are presenting a serious challenge to the western based mainstream media like CNN, BBC,FOX and Euro News which dominated the scene for so long and have been acting as a tool used to advance wars and socio-political expedition on foreign soils. It is believed in many journalistic quarters, that media organizations in the west are meant to protect the interest of the state and not to give reports of the ills or errors which the state projects in its decision making. And these are the information that the other alternative media are presenting to the world. The intervention of western government and its media in shaping the political landscape and policies of the Arab world which is situated in a strategic oil rich and religiously intolerant region of the world made many western journalist to be targets of kidnapping and assassinations due to their perceived biased and unacceptable reporting.  The Arab revolution served as a vivid example, it was evident that Libya failed woefully to inform the world about the situation in Benghazi at the early stages of the Libyan revolution, when it was reported that Muhammed Gaddafi mercenaries had killed thousands of his citizens whom were protesting against his 42 year old regime.

There was no way the regime could report to the world the state of affairs in the country because all media outlets from the west and that of the Qatari government Al-Jazzera were a washed with the-same information and every political watchdog including the Security Council of the United Nation relied and were swayed by the information they were receiving from the western media about the crisis situation in Libya. The Ghaddafi regime being a belligerent government to the west for decades made it possible for much information to be distorted to the advantage of the western capitals intervention in the internal crisis of Libya. This brought about the quick resolution in the Security council and an immediate military intervention by NATO with its Middle East allies that killed and destroyed more people than the Ghaddafi regime itself had done. At the end there were no information of  infrastructural damage or atrocities committed by both NATO and its allies from the western media. It was simply put to the world that, it was all a "holy" act to protect civilians. The new media outlets both print and electronic fighting for space in the global information war feasted on the atrocities and deaths committed by NATO in Libya which shocked many around the world.

On the other hand, the Syrian crisis was more different because it was difficult for the western media to distort much of the information in their favor, even though they tried and are still trying to get the best out of it, it was not just in their favor. This was due to the fact that other satellite channels from Iran and friendly nations were in support off the regime and being able to report events as it happens. This pave the way for many listener to understand the reality in Syria and viewers around the world were able to balance the information they were getting from both sides of the divide and this made it possible to understand what world politics and information war was all about in the Middle East compared to what global audience used to hear from a single source before now.

Few nations that could afford such expensive project, which is a necessary protection for their political and economic survival, are now opening new media outlet in different languages to pass information to the global audience, not wanting their stories to be told by a foreigner in his own terms. Many foreign sponsored and state media organizations, have learnt so much of the intrigues from their western counterparts and have developed the ability to pass their own version of the story accurately. Because it must be understood that in every crisis situation, the truth is always the first causality.

Over the years, the constant intrigues of passing information to the public, both on national and international issues has been cultivated and developed, to be the skills needed in programming the mind of citizens as well as politicians and the truth is that in today's world the media acts as the political mouth piece of any governments around the world.

Even though they came late to the scene, these new media stations have been able to pull much global audience along by relating to their needs in the search for the truth,after-all what is new in the world is the information that one has not yet heard. Understanding the questions the global audience are interested in, which for years they craved for answers but will not get through the western mainstream media is what the present media outlets are able to answer. It now acts as an alternative view point to the mainstream media and its reports.

CHINA WILL AVOID MILITARY CONFRONTATION TO PROTECT ITS ECONOMIC INTEREST

China will learn from the mistakes of the U.S. foreign policies and wars decisions not to ruin its emerging economic and political prowess around the world. China would rather prefer to use its influence and many influential citizens of Chinese origin that are nationals of neighboring countries to spy on the U.S plans for the protection of its home soil in order to avoid any confrontation with the U.S. in its region on the South China Sea disputes, just the way it handles the Dai lalma and Tibetan cases.

China military echelon meeting with the U.S. military top brass delegate

It will be too early for China to decide going into military conflict with the U.S in its region and will try all its possible best not to, even  though the Art of War was first conceived and expounded in China, the government will be very careful in calling its general into war mood, knowing the influence of U.S. in the region. Until its makes the world understands that its not on the offensive. One must understand Chinese people and government, that they are a people of peace and diplomacy in politics, cultural integration, socialization and trade but would not allow any nation to take their gentility for stupidity having come a long way to its present civilization.

One of the biggest china town in the United States of America

China has been able to impact its influence around the world to the extend that in any country one visits, one will get to see a Chinese town which relates to its cultural nature of communist life style, where everyone is responsible for the development of the society based on mutual understanding and acceptable norms. But on the other part in many countries one visits, one will find a U.S military base which speaks of its domineering attitude towards other nations in the world.

THE CHALLENGES OF DEVELOPING NATIONS

We can all be learned but we will not all be experienced.

This differences bring about a huge problem in our national development and it has been difficult for those who are dynamic in thought and innovative in productivity to handle the mantle of leadership.

When it entails experience, its not all about years spent on a routine job but how much dynamic and innovative an individual has been in generating value added ideas and its implementation.

This is the reason why developing nations through its man power base will find it to be a difficult task, for those who are inexperienced hold sway in many of the ministries and agencies that are expected to bring positive development and economic growth through policy making and implementation.

On many occasions, these set of people do have scores to settle with their experienced colleagues who will want to change the existing order to suit the present and future demand of the society.

THE NEW FOUND RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE WESTERN GOVERNMENTS AND TERRORIST ORGANISATIONS.

Just about 10 years ago, Britain and the U.S went to at war against the terrorist group called Al-Qaeda, many British and American soldiers lost their lives in the battle against terrorism and are still losing their lives in Afghanistan till date. While the world is learning to adjust to the new challenge in fighting terrorism, David Cameroon announced today that the British government will be helping financially some terrorist organization in Syria that are fighting the Syrian government with a sum of  5 million Pounds, tagging it as an non-lethal aid to kill and destroy Syria, because the British government wants the Syrian leadership to be overthrowned.

Well, its not surprising that a new found relationship, and understanding has been secured between the Western governments and the recruiters of terrorist around the world and it has pave the way for the British secret services and the U.S Central Intelligent Agency to train terrorist on the soil of the Turkish people. One can not dispute the fact that those who attacked the Western world on 911 in New York and on 77 in London are now allies of the West in the fight against unwanted and belligerent regimes.Though its is more cheaper during economic recession to send mercenaries to occupy territories than sending a national army, simply because, territories where official armies cannot take, state sponsored terrorist will surely be the best option.

Citizens are getting to see their efforts in the polling booths to vote in leaders as a waste in the West, because their leaders do not take cognizance of their welfare, but prefer to act consciously based on greed for a regime change to secure political advantage in weak foreign countries. Western leaders prefers to send cash donations and weapons to support insurgents abroad to destabilize stable societies. Just about a year ago, there were social unrest in many poor neighborhoods in Britain, the rioters were seeking for better socioeconomic opportunity and justice in the British society was which was the reason for the outrage but the government ended up slamming jail terms on the young poor rioters who looted supermarkets. The same Cameron led government that can not afford to fix the problem faced by the people of those societies went on a jamboree to announce to the world through his foreign Secretary, William Hague, that the government is sending an extra 5 million pounds (US$7.8 million) for communication equipments but reports have it that they are used to buy more weapons to help the Syrian rebels.

Probably, David Cameron have not being listening to reports from Al-Jazeera or BBC to hear and have adequate knowledge of the actions of those he is sending money to, the crimes they are committing against humanity and listen to the Syrian rebels and their Al-Qaeda cohorts from other poor Arab nations when Al-Jazeera's reporter Anita Macnoth interviewed those on the streets fighting on behalf of the Free Syrian Army. When Anita asked what they  were going to do with the alleged government spies and informers, said to have been caught in Aleppo, Abu Saud, one of the foot soldiers replied, they were going to slaughter them if found guilty. Can a terrorist determine who is guilty?Well, that is what the British tax payers money do in non-lethal aid?

The British tax payers money will be sent by the ruling coalition headed by the Tories to fund more acts of terror on its behalf, not forgetting that the country is in recession for the second time within three years. While the United States has granted some private organization to raise funds to train and arm terrorist infiltrating Syrian borders through Turkey and the Free Syrian Army to continue attacking the people of Syria and its political structure. The British government which can not afford to pay the medal prize money for its athletes who won medals in the London 2012 Olympics, that brought glory and fame to the Union Jack in various sports, had available cash in the treasury for those terrorist and the Free Syrian Army whom were seen killing innocent Syrians on You-tube posted videos in other to get rid of a government which they have no good diplomatic relationship with.

WHO GAINS FROM GLOBALIZATION ?THE BUYERS OR THE SELLERS AND AT LAST WHO BECOMES THE SLAVE?

The name Globalization is a new terminology in a package to the present generation but Globalization itself has been in existence for thousands of years in a crude form. People, businesses and societies have interacted for centuries and will surely continue to do that for centuries to come. The only challenge the present day globalization is having on other societies is that the concept of dominance has been added unto it by the political and economic class that wield the power of many super structured societies. The ''dominance concept'' is the problem creator, which has made it possible for many in diverse societies to see much of the disadvantages in globalization for it has tainted and polluted their cultures in a swift manner, while globalization in its crude form gradually penetrated different societies and much of it influence was of an advantage to the new societies it came into.

The advantages of globalization is consistently having its impact daily in terms of a one click enlightenment pace of sharing ideas, business and cooperation among humans across the world, but the missing point is that all the advantages of globalization was not married into a nation's culture to keep the culture and its people safe and secure. Africans have learnt much of western culture but still retains those salient part of their culture, many in the cities prefer to look more western in all their daily activities from their eating manners, speaking and to the way they dress even though they try to mix the culture to suit their way of life while those who live in the rural areas tend to apply little of western influence to their culture.

The positive impact which produces quick interaction between different races, regions and people across the world enables rapid socioeconomic development, deserts have been transformed to concrete forests, labor intensive jobs which takes years to complete are done by machines, through medicine human lives have improved in rural and urban areas and many more that one can not finish talking about but it is the ''imposing will'' of the super industrious nations that believe the weapons of globalization was manufactured in their backyard from the time of colonization which led to the present day globalization while antagonist call it imperialism, that has created much anguish, pain and suffering to those societies that are at the receiving end.

A vivid example was the laws passed in some Black African countries banning same sex marriage that that would have been ''imposed'' unto those society by the influence of party politics from a distant nation which do not posses the-same culture with that of the African people. The support given to Gay rights within Black Africa nations was not extended to the Arab world for fear that its cultural value and religion does not accommodate it and similarly, when the leaders in some Black African nations passed laws against same sex marriage, the United States which is seen as a leading light of globalization decided to threatening those nations by withdrawing the political and financial support it has always rendered to support those nations. As good as globalization is, the pressure of forcing other governments into accepting ideas that do not conform with traditional norms of those societies makes the society to feel the pains of economic and social strangulation of its culture.

Wars in the Arab world and the race for resource control also plays a significant role in globalization  and these are some of the examples which has led to distorting some of the Arabs cultures. A winning and strong army imposes its culture systematically and seeks to turn into a neo-colonizing power with its influence on the land scape of the country, commodities produced from the occupying power nation floods the local market and the culture of such a weak nation under occupation will be secondary because of the economic importance and roles that such product plays in the lives of the people.

It is evident that economic survival supersede any culture, since want and need comes first in the equation, globalization has been able to take care of the immediate need and that is why in today's Arab satellite channels one will wonder if one was watching a true Arab program on television which portrays the Arab culture or that of the Western society cultural values.Globalization has made many third world societies become totally dependent on advanced nation to the extent that the food they consume are being imported. It has made nations with abundant natural resources not being able to convert those resources to finished products but export their raw material for finished products which is sold at an exorbitant price to the-same people.

The Arab spring is an evidence to the fact that globalization has affected the Arabs in both negative and positive form, social media was used to inform and gather people for political protest and at the-same time it was used to pass false information around the world. Its globalization that has made many Arab nations rely on financial aids from Western donors, even though with the vast natural resources in their land that would have emancipated them economically, globalization has made it to be a herculean task for the Arabs to be creative, industrious and to develop their society for future generation to come.

I have taken time to study many Middle Eastern made products and have discovered that they are not being advertised on Arab satellite channels, well, that is if they virtually produce any product for  the world market. A study of the Iranian culture within the context of globalization show how the nation develops its culture by using Persia language names for goods or new inventions that are not produced or developed in the country.  Cultures can only be kept safe to a certain degree when indigenous local content is added to the economic value in the process of globalization.

AFRICA MUST WAKE UP AND SUPPORT LOCAL ENTREPRENEUR FOR RAPID DEVELOPMENT.

State officials must seek to improve the welfare of the people in general by conceiving and implementing the best pattern of policies which will make for economic development through local initiative and this is the reason why State machinery must be set up to support local businesses. State support for businesses in developing nations ought to be a tool for breeding and encouraging people into the world of productivity which creates employment and self dependency, it is expected to help in promoting young entrepreneurial skills among the youths, thereby paving way for less dependency on government as a means of securing a job which is a common trend in Africa. Businesses that have become global  multimillion dollar organizations started with the available support through government policies laid down by successive regimes.

In the case for Africa as a continent and Nigeria to be particular, there is no reason why the Nigerian government should not provide the enabling environment for young entrepreneurs to excel. The Nigeria people have the talent and the ability to convert their knowledge into productive use. The  Nigerian government needs to set up a scheme that will harnessing individual ideas and support such ideas into reality by implementing programs which will enhance the growth of small scale enterprises. It is glaring that many young Nigerians who wanted to develop the nation through their skills and entrepreneurial knowledge but could not find the right environment due to lack of policy implementation traveled abroad and later used the enabling environment provided by those governments to excel in their various fields.

Many in the developing world have the skills and ability of applying their knowledge to change the state of their economic situation which will bring about efficient productivity and an increase in their per-capital income. But the fact remains leaders are not skilled enough to understand the best formula which will suit the prevailing socioeconomic situations. This inconsistency in governmental policy making made many Nigerian want to migrate abroad and today many are successful. It is obvious that non among them wants to come back home, for they know there is no improvement in policies on ground to excel at home just the way they did abroad.

This is because financial products like credit facilities which stimulates business are out of reach due to high lending rate, credit facility which help ideas to become business are not at the reach of the man with the ability to convert both human resources and material resources into valuable goods. The social infrastructure which provides for the easy flow of industrial take up is in a terrible state.

The influence of the International Monetary Fund  headed by the Western world in many African nations economic decisions is a major obstacle to the development of Africa. African leaders bow to the pressure because of the political and economic dependance it has to the Western nations. The African people have not benefited from the collaboration, the IMF impact on Africa's economic policy making and implementation has hindered the growth of local businesses and human potentials which would have thrown many out of poverty while it complains of massive corruption as the reason for the under-development of Africa.

The Western policy which states that governments are not to support businesses but rather let competition be the driving force was a tool that the world financial institution used to suppress the economic development of my African states. While it is obvious that some Third World nation like China, India and Brazil which did not swallow the idea gained  entrepreneurship and economic advantages by not submitting to the pressure mounted by the tools of the Western institution that has relegated many nations to the back seat. Today, these three countries are proud of producing the largest share of products consumed by the world market and many foreign businesses have opened their factories in these countries.

In between the economic meltdown in the Western societies, policies were made to rescue and support businesses that were said to be too big to fail, many multi- nationals which went bankrupt due to the economic recession in the U.S. and Europe were all bailed out by the tax payers through their governments which preached to Africans what they would not apply.

Africans and Nigerians in particular still have the best brains when it comes to solving our own political and economic challenges just in the manner the BRICS  are presently doing. African leaders have to stand firm and look inwards in seeking solutions to the endemic economic situation and develop a lasting solution not relying on western back policies that have brought no good for decades. The challenge African leaders and technocrats face is the influence of the World Monetary Organizations which makes African leaders blindly follow policies are not home grown and people oriented. I hope many African governments would learn for the politics of economics and provide the best support for their local businesses to compete in the world markets for there is still time to wake up.

USA FLEXING MUSCLES AT CHINA'S HOME AND REGION

The fact that China is secured in its region and expanding its businesses beyond  its geographical area, it must stand in caution not to be provoked by the USA. Disturbing the quiet unheard provocative relationship in the South China sea between China and its neighbors by the USA will create more tension in the region which will lead to more business deals in arms and anyone can be sure that U.S allies in the region will be willing to buy more from the Big Brother because they all have not felt the global economic slowdown. The US is flexing its muscles in a quiet region, what it ought to do is bring all parties together and fashion out the best way to settle the differences amicable but when most of its sea fleet are sent to the region it is practically demonstrating the might of a super power nation.

Would the U.S allies in the region be interested in such act of defense? This is a question that its answer is not far fetched, By all diplomatic means both North and South Korea are will to resolve their problems because of the long standing relationship before the war. The younger generations are much interested in finding a solution to the problems both countries are facing and bringing about a unification process but the avenues to make all these happen is been blocked by the presence of the United States military presence in the peninsular thousands of miles away from its home.

On several occasions when ever there is to be a sign of any diplomatic improvement between the two neighbor, evidence has shown that that is always the exact time the United States military engage the South Korean military in war games as an act of self defense or deterrence which angers the North Koreans and all diplomatic program between the two nations are disrupted leading to more escalation of the conflict. The U.S regime is not interested in the political will of both nation to solve their differences, but interested in dominating the peninsular by creating a divide and rule tactics thereby imposing its will on the North Korean regime to play by its rule.

The present interference by the U.S in the South China sea region will be a dispute that might take decades to settle between these neighbors and will affect negatively the growth and economic development of the region if its to lead to war. Diplomats and leaders from this region must start working together to find a lasting solution to this ugly situation that is rearing its head before it gets out of hand. The United States is presently acting as the spokesperson of those claiming Chain is taking over their territorial waters and islands and leaving the issue for the US to handle can be catastrophic and might not end well for both parties in the region.

Vietnam and Laos would not easily forget the human and economic horror that befell it some decades ago at the hands of  the U.S military intervention along the South China region on ideological and political differences. I hope all the nations will seat on a round table to sort out their differences and demarcate the nautical miles for each nation on the sea.

THE REVOLUTION IN THE SEARCH FOR THE SPIRIT OF GOD

After the Holy Spirit had wrought through Moses and other Prophets in the Old Testament came the custodians of the Holy religion centuries later, the Sadducees and Pharisees who practiced the religion as written and handed down to them by their fathers. Then came Jesus Christ with his disciples whom the Pharisees and Sadducees were not comfortable with for their fathers sharpened and taught them the things of Moses and all the Prophets in the Holy books and for that purpose they condemned and persecuted Jesus Christ and his message, because he did not follow in the steps of their fathers and in the ways of the official religion of God as being practiced by the Prophets in the lives of the chief priest.

After Jesus ascended to heaven, the apostles worked as the Spirit directed, until Peter left for Rome and became the first Pope. Fast forward to centuries later, the Jesus message had saturated the Pharisees and Sadducees territory and many pagans and followers of Moses had converted leaving the diehard conservative believers to hold onto their believe.

The Colonial and spiritual power of Rome that was the Pope, had a great influence in all the Holy Roman Empire, it was controlled by the religion and the religion was taught and spoken in the official language as directed by the Catholic Church throughout the world.
The Popish people thought of the religion handed to them by the Apostles as their birth right just like a succession to kingship and that the Catholic ideology was the only way to heaven, a vivid example of what the Sadducees and Pharisees established at the early stages of Christianity.

Then came the Lutheran revolution after his 95 thesis on October 31st, 1517, which gave rise to what is known as the Protestant church, the new church rejected the Holy Papal rule all over Europe and other Roman empires in the 16th century. The rise of the Evangelical church started gradually and they translated the Bible in to different national languages, but the Popish people believed and told the Protestants that they were un-sharpened instruments to translate the Bible for they do not have the knowledge of how the Spirit of God operates.

Fast forward again, to the latter end of the 20th century and early 21st century, and one will discover that in different Christian societies is the rise of a new generation of those that are hungry for the move of the Holy Spirit in union to settling their physical challenges which they have read in the book of Acts of the Apostles and the New Testament, which the archaic way of the Protestant church cannot offer them. They look tired spiritually following the same worship mode, having the fragile old preacher in every holy and religious gathering giving the sermon, having discovered that their grandfather and father’s church could not provide that desire in them; the youths in the Protestant churches began to jump out for safety into the rebellious fast growing New Generation churches.

Again, the elders and priest of the Evangelical churches and the Catholic Church wing that have been able to reform itself due to pressure, have developed doctrines over the years since their emancipation from the Pope. And they do have their official way of serving the Lord and engaging in marriage to non-denominational person, just like the Sadducees and Pharisees would not allow any who does not belong to the Jewish religion a convert.

It was a great debate 20 years ago, when the New Generation churches were fishing on members of the Protestant churches with the inspiring Word of the Bible and probably miracles. The New Generation church members are those who are sinners, heading toward hell and would not obey the laws of the New Testament and probably the Old for their female worship without covering their heads and put on trousers to the house of the Holy One, after all the road to perdition and hell was wider and free for many who do not believe in convention and doctrine were the comments made by the elders and diehard members of the Protestants church, a similar way the Moses law handlers and the Popish diehard members felt centuries ago.
