THE CHALLENGES OF DEVELOPING NATIONS

We can all be learned but we will not all be experienced.

This differences bring about a huge problem in our national development and it has been difficult for those who are dynamic in thought and innovative in productivity to handle the mantle of leadership.

When it entails experience, its not all about years spent on a routine job but how much dynamic and innovative an individual has been in generating value added ideas and its implementation.

This is the reason why developing nations through its man power base will find it to be a difficult task, for those who are inexperienced hold sway in many of the ministries and agencies that are expected to bring positive development and economic growth through policy making and implementation.

On many occasions, these set of people do have scores to settle with their experienced colleagues who will want to change the existing order to suit the present and future demand of the society.
