OBAMA AGAINST NETANYAHU: RESCUING THE WHITE HOUSE AND RESTORING THE IMAGE OF AMERICAN PRESIDENCY FROM ISRAELI INFLUENCE

Obama practices the concept of putting pressure and sanctions on perceived erring state of the world which has been a norm existing and acceptable to the United States foreign policy makers since it became the world leader after the Second World War (1939-1945). The right wing political groupings in the Western world and that of the Republican Party in the US have been seriously courting the Netanyahu administration in Israel to put pressure on the Obama administration since they both hold similar position when it comes to foreign policy and the control of resources in the Middle East. On many occasions one would understand that the Obama administration do not play along in keeping with the existing structures built by the Neo conservatives of the Bush administration that have supported Israeli policy makers influence in the United states political landscape. The partnership between the Israeli government headed by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Right wing Republicans and American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) has affected the American governance psychic over the years with its influence.President Obama has developed liberal response over the years even before he got to the presidency in January 20, 2009,  His programmes and strategies severs as a necessary response to the AIPAC and Netanyahu’s influence in the American politics, especially their strong influence on those who occupy the White House and the Congress.

The aim of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in collaboration with some powerful US citizens that control the activities of AIPAC in the USis to make the Obama administration forcefully draw a red line on the Iranian nuclear program at the peak of the presidential debate. But the administration remained adamant and exhibited the fact that it was not willing to do such since it has no credible intelligence reports stating that the Iranian regime was building nuclear bombs in any of its nuclear facilities.Netanyahu knew placing the US military strategic advantage at the doors of the Iranians in the Middle East would be seen as a threat to its existence by the Iranians and will serve as a crucial advantage for Netanyahu to stop Iran’s nuclear technological advancement. That alone can establish the “myth“ or “fact” that Israel is the only geo-political regional power in the region and it would explains to its Arab neighbors and Americans that the Israeli government has a key to unlocking  the men who occupy the White House and the Congress, but it failed woefully during the US 2012 Presidential campaign.

While the Obama administration was looking for a better approach to satisfy the Israeli regime and the AIPAC, it went on its Democratic Convention to announce to the world that Jerusalem was the undivided capital of Israel and that the party recognized Israel as Jewish state by a voice vote which was strange to many and other Arab American delegates at the convention. That was not a satisfying response from what Israeli prime minister desired. Netanyahu response to the Obama administration was disastrous at home which nearly derailed the focus of the administration during the campaign which gave Mitt Romney a better lead in opinion polls but the Obama administration quickly developed a damage control formula, it was either Netanyahu gets what he wants from Obama or destroy political support which the Obama administration has for his re- election bid through the information industrial complex that it is at the Israeli regimes disposal which is situated in the United states. 

Within days, sponsored attack ads from the Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney, dominated the mainstream media and polls began to favor the Republican candidate while the media cash in profits at the expense of the people in the ensuing drama. But the Obama administration was quick to counter the movement by releasing a video shot in the Republican donor’s conference where Mitt Romney was seen saying 48% of American voters who rely on government handouts will not vote for him and simply referred to them as lazy Americans. This was able to nip in the bud the negative ads that were against the re- election of Barack Obama. That being successful by the Obama campaign office, a quick strategy to maintain the pressure on the administration was adopted by PM Netanyahu which had a greater ramification on US Global security strategy and foreign policy.

It was the release of a 14 minutes low grade anti-Islam movies which was made in the US by an unknown Coptic Egyptian that was on parole not seen by many around the world on You Tube but “advertised” on major media outlets around the world which led to demonstration at various US embassies in many Arab and Muslim nations around the world. The chaos that followed the demonstration led to death of protesters in few Muslim countries and consequently the death of the US ambassador to Libya in Benghazi, when a group of terrorist fired several mortal rounds into the embassy building killing four Americans. 

The Obama administration could not find an adequate response to the low grade film which created the anti- American sentiment all over the Arab and Muslim world, but it definitely condemned the actions of the film makers consistently in its press reports. Explaining to the world at the 52^nd UN general assembly, President Obama said there was no way he could stop free speech since it was enshrined in the US constitution but again, repeatedly condemned the action of the film makers for dishonoring other people’s faith.

At the UN, for the Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu, it was a platform to express his opinion about the Iranian regime and simply the lackluster attitude of the Obama administration to take aggressive and decisive steps towards the advancement of the Iranian nuclear program. When he took over the podium at the UN general assembly, while he was addressing the delegates of different nations, Netanyahu was able to give a detailed lecture on the Iranian nuclear programme advancement to the United Nations representatives and to cap it all,he decided to do what Obama was not ready to do practically on his behalf in theory by using a red pen to draw a line on the board which depicts the size of the Iranian nuclear bomb he claimed that Iranians are producing.

 Since the early days of the Obama administrations Nathan Yahu has not been comfortable with the psychological impact and the influence of Obama in both the Middle East and the US, and the US 2012 presidential campaign was a solid ground for Netanyahu to test-run his popularity and influence against Obama within the American polity. It is wildly believed that Obama’s speech in Cairo Egypt addressing the Arab world was an instigator or considered as a trigger to the Arab revolution which took away some dictators that are loyal to the Israeli regime thereby opening a wider political front for the Arabs to rediscover their potential in the Middle East. And for the Israeli regime, it was an aberration to have such a balance of power in the Middle East even though the intention of Obama was not to make the Arabs go on rampage against their sit tight leaders that dance to the tune of the West. In order to counter the free flow of the Arab revolution not to consume Western Allies completely, and for it to favour the Israeli government, the status quo had to be restored quickly and remain for the benefit of the Israeli and the AIPAC. 

The nature of the revolution had to be hi jacked and thrown quickly to the gates of the “enemies” in the Middle East which was the erring Libyan and Syrian governments that supports Hezbollah in Lebanon. And that went down well with those in the Obama administration and the AIPAC. To avoid much friction, strategist in the Obama administration sought for another soil to satisfy Netanyahu by supplying “Non-lethal” support to rebels in order to avoid the ragging disparities between Netanyahu and Obama personally. Yet Netanyahu desired a more decisive approach to tackle the source “Iran” which challenges its authority in the region.

A scenario exhibited by the U.S diplomats at the 52nd UN general assembly shows that the Obama administration has complete control of the White House and not ready to give an inch to the Isreali administration in determining how its foreign policy works. The US diplomats decided to listen attentively for the first time in many years to the president of Iran Mahmoud Ahamadinejad while he was addressing the UN general assembly. It is a fact that Obama is becoming a game changer in American political psychic and its administration, its consistency would be determined when reelected by November 6, 2012. The strategic steps and policy actions of the administration since he took office in 2009 proves that he is systematically reclaiming the pride and dignity that was previously lost by former White House occupants. The dignity that has been stripped away due to the influence of AIPAC and several Israeli regimes over the years is being gradually restored in a modest way, even though the US allegiance to Israel remains intact, the administration will not allow that preferential treatment to affect its reasoning and strategies in its foreign policy dictates. Until Obama and Biden are reelected, that is when absolute control of the oval office in America can be said to be in control of the American sovereign but that is not a guaranty for future administration.

POWER SUPPLY CAUSES INFLATION: EPILEPTIC POWER SUPPLY A MAJOR CAUSE OF INFLATION IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES

It will be interesting to note that as I write this article to post on my web page, I depended on a generating set fueled by petrol to get it posted on the Internet, while it would have cost me next to noting if I had constant electricity supply from the national gird to power my home. Well for your information, it cost me 10 U.S dollars using premium motor spirit (PMS) imported into the country even when Nigeria is blessed with the natural resources at no cost.

A vibrant economy that has some control over inflationary trends depends on the consistent supply of energy to both the household and the industries alike. And without energy supply to the two sectors; development and advancement of the society will be at a comatose. The society will be dependents on factors outside its control and its territory to survive which will lead to a total collapse of the entire economy. The circular flow of all modern economy with its relation to economic development and increase in per-capital income of its people is based and dependent on the increase and demand of the energy needs and supply of the nation. Economic development and its currency stability to other world currencies are tied to the amount of energy generated and distributed to the industries and household. This makes it simple to understand why increase or decrease in the cost production by industries has a relation to the price of goods and services in the economy and the stability of its currency.

Increase in the price of crude oil in the world markets, increases the production cost of industries in many developing nations due to their dependency on factors outside their control and this in effect affects the growth of the economy negatively cascade in relation to the profit margin of the industrialist and the purchasing power of the household. Governments in developing nations have so much relied on oil imports to generate energy for their local industries and household and they have neglect other energy sources to power their economy which would have reduced their dependency on international factors that determine the price of oil through demand and supply which is not within their control. Even when some among them are blessed with the oil and gas resources it has been difficult for them to take a good advantage of it.

Cost of using petroleum powered generating plants in a country like Nigeria has increased tremendously over the years and it seems there is no stop to it. Generators that power industries in order to produce its desired output play a significant role as a source of inflation in the local markets which in turn is a determinant of the purchasing power and the saving capability of the population. Fuel consumption by the Nigerian household is at its highest level since the year 2009 due to epileptic power supply from the national grid which is controlled by the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN). Nearly every household has a generating set to power their homes at night when they return from work and even at work the same fuel powered generating sets are used as source of power to operate their businesses. The increase in the price of petroleum products by the government of Goodluck Jonathan in the early days of January 2012 which led to a nation wide strike by the nation's labor unions and other civil societies has increased the cost of living and diminished the standard of living which has thrown many back into poverty which the middle class technically escaped during the Olusegun Obasanjo administration.

A good example is the neglect to Invest in various power sectors by previous governments in Nigeria and that is now having a serious catastrophic effect on its population and the growth of the economy. The billions of dollars invested in the energy sector  by the democratic administration from 1999 till date has been shrouded in massive corruption and has drawn the nation backward due to wastage of the country's financial resources which was in the hands of corrupt officials. The nation has not been able to attain the 4000 megawatts of electricity which the last military regime left in 1999; instead it has led to more reduction in the number of megawatts. The ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) that has been in power since May 29, 1999 has not been able to achieve a substantial result in the energy sector after 13 years in power which should have reduced the nations dependency on the high price of imported fuel consumption and bring about a change in industrial development and its operations from the sluggish nature which has led to the shutting down of many industries across the nation.

The increase and fluctuation in the price of crude oil in the world markets affects many developing economy and in return increases the price of goods and services which has led o inflation in many local economies around the world. Many never knew Inflation played a role to trigger the Arab revolution and was not only all about political change but economics. Developing economies should know that foreign direct investors look into the prospects of a country's energy sector and the alternatives in diversifying to determine its investment portfolio in the country. FDI’s can not venture into economies that the cost of production is high and where there is no stable power supply, it would rather prefer to direct its investment to nations where power supply is stable at its lowest cost. This is the reason why countries like Ghana, South Africa and Egypt have greater advantage and chances of attracting more foreign investors among developing nations than Nigeria. Even though, Nigeria has the market and the population when it comes to investment destination, it is more expensive to do business in Nigeria due to its epileptic power supply and inadequate infrastructure which increases the cost of production.

Developing nations must invest much of their political will in various energy sources if they want to develop quickly and reduce inflation that are imported from other countries, dependency on imported petroleum fuels must be drastically reduced for solar, hydro, nuclear wind, thermal and gas powered turbines for rapid development and economic growth. Investment on these alternatives source of energy will increase the national income of these poor nations of the world which has geometric population increase. It must prepare diverse energy sources for its coming generation to avoid being trapped with the oil economy that causes inflation. But for now more hand has to be on deck for developing nations in the 21^st century to industrialize its economy which will reduce sky rocketing inflationary trends based on importation of goods and services.

BARACK OBAMA: THE PRESIDENT THAT THE U.S REPUBLICANS NEO CONSERVATIVES DO NOT KNOW

The political dimension and strategic policy implementation of President Hussein Barack Obama administration is at a narrow variance from that which the former United States president George W. Bush adopted and delivered to the American people at home economically and the world in its foreign polices. The Neo- conservative right wing politicians in the republican party that believed in the American nationalist strategic vision for the world, had an absolute control of the Bush administration and their presence was felt in the annals of the American public weeks before the exit of the administration  The Neo- con and their Israeli Jewish Neo- conservative partners whom are also building a strong strategic vision for the state of Israel in the Middle East held sway in all the Bush administration policy implementation and agenda. And in all aspects both were determined to work together in order to achieve the greater part of their plans within the stipulated time frame of the Bush administration. After the Bush administration, the challenges they were faced with was that their vision was incomplete due to the dynamics of the international political environment.

At home the Neo-cons in the republican party had no problems pushing forward  their agenda which they technically achieved in different shades, leaving some little but necessary items on the table to be done later before the 2008 presidential election which brought the Obama administration into power in the U.S. Many influential and wealthy Neo-con personalities under the eight year George W. Bush administration were highly favored through stock markets manipulations, tax evasion, insurance on health care, housing  programs and the oil and arms contracts that were signed during the invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan. It was a free for all frenzy for the men in the Neo-conservative group within the economic and social fabric of the American polity. Regulators became regulated by them and agencies of government were at the peril of the people who pulled the shots in the Bush administration which was at the expense of the American public. Lobbying state officials and politicians became a professional and lucrative job within the system, new lobbyist offices sprang up for clients, mostly organisations that wanted to get a piece of the government largess and different lobby groups took over Congress and the White House. It was at the last days of the Bush administration that the economic problems which was known to the regulators only was revealed to the American public and the people began to pay the price of incompetency and mal-administration which gave rise to the social inequality movement known as the 99% during the Obama administration which inherited the problem.

  Within the first term of the Obama administration the Neo-cons made sure that those jobs completed were not tempered with in Iraq which was most crucial due to its oil resources deposit which experts believed to be the source for the Iraqi invasion. After the war and the change of government the the oil companies owned or managed by the Neo-cons had complete monopoly and  perfect control over the flow of the oil which was a strategic part of its agenda in the strategic vision for America in the 21st century. The control of the world oil output and the manipulation of the price of crude oil in the world market was a strategic reason to curb the growth and influence of many fast developing economies like China and India around the oil producing nations. Since oil is known as a determinant factor for the growth of any industrial economy the Neo-cons felt it has to be under their control.


In the case for Afghanistan, the Neo-cons members that run and operate much of the military industrial complex kept the status quo intact and even advocated for more expenditure and men to counter the insurgency in the country which the Obama administration had no option but to obey since his skills were not sharpened in foreign policy issues, he played along. With the case of the Guantanamo Bay prisoners of war that were transported from Afghanistan to Cuba, which President Obama promised the Americans public during his campaign in 2008 that he would close down the facility and provide a justice system that would oversee the case which has damage the United States reputation on human rights records as the only nation on earth that still holds prisoners of war in captive, that has not seen the light of the day. It is generally believed in many political quarters that the Obama administration inherited at least 7500 government officials that are loyal to the Neo-cons and for this purpose many of his policies would face stumbling blocks to actualize them.

Its more evident that Obama came into government understanding the precarious challenges facing the nation internally, and has developed a quantitative program even before he was elected to office to resuscitate the battered economical situation that has bedeviled the American society and the international  political damage its suffering from. It was a task which he felt was vested upon him by the American public through their support and he decided to walk the walk as expected. It took Obama time to comprehend the damage done to the economy immediately he go to office let alone the United States reputation abroad and for that reason he decided to give it a push based on his promises. The Neo-con fought back immediately not wanting the Commander in Chief to take any steps by circumventing and destroying the strategic advantage they have won over the years. They created scenarios and mapped out  strategies to block all attempts to change the strategic advantage they had in Afghanistan and Iraq which was to make the American troops to withdraw early. While Obama got the advantage of withdrawing from Iraq later, more troops were deployed to Afghanistan to promote the war on terror. The race to paint the image of the U.S. as a human rights and values championing nation which gives justice to all, by the Obama administration was to close the Guantanamo Bay prisons, But president Obama failed to live to his promise due to the fact that Guantanamo Bay prison become an incorporated institution within the U.S administration.



 A higher percentage of the American people are more interested in their personal welfare which the state must protect and the growth of the economy which will create jobs that would provide food on their tables. It is perceived by the majority of American voters which Mitt Romney referred to as the 47% in the secret  video recording, that those who belong to the one percent have the control of the economy in their hand and would always wants major policies and programs to be to their advantage. President Obama stands as a lone ranger with his ideas of taxing the rich that have taken much from the poor and the American public during the 8 years of the Bush administration among the supporters of the wealthy personalities that own these corporations. He could justify his case with the tax which his rival Mitt Romney did not want the wealthy to pay.  He is a person who is ready to fight for what he believes in and would not be interested in anyone dictating to him the way he should go since the bucks stops on his table. He will not be willing to succumb to pressure or actions by others that would derail his plan and make the American public perceive him to be just like any other American president that are easily moved by the Neo-cons. I think president Obama recognizes and made it clear to the public that some decisions he had taken while in office are in tune with the policies that were part of the Bush administration for long which can not be changed spontaneously. These were dome of the attempts to satisfy the Neo-cons.

The nature of the Obama's administration should at least be attributed to his background and the fact that he understood the political make up of the United States within and trying by all means wanting to avoid getting trapped by the Neo-cons in the republican party. The neglect of the essence of democratic institutions for greedy capitalist adventure and its impact on the American population is a source for concern. Foreign war adventures that has drained the resources at home which has led to the death of many young American marines is to acceptable to the public and that was why the administration ended the war in Iraq after 8 years. The Obama administration came into government when the situation was terrible, with two wars in motion abroad and the economy in shambles, he is having a dangerous terrain to navigate in the political realms of the Neo-Cons that held sway in this presidential campaign. Systemic political moves as practiced by the incumbent president of the United States has been slightly different in the sense that it does not give effective and controlling  privilege to the power that controlled the last regime in the United States.

HOW MODERN DEMOCRACY WORKS : THE CHALLENGE WITH DEMOCRATIC INSTITUTIONS AND WHY IT FAILS THE MAJORITY

Modern democracy has a lower capacity to allow an aspirant who contested and won a political position, the ability to use his personal initiative as found in his manifesto during the electioneering process to change and improve the social and economic challenges which the majority in a particular society are facing. Philanthropy, political or administrative knowledge and goodwill of a personality which is known to be consistent is no certificate to being elected into government due to the polarization of modern democracy. Political personalities and those who control major media organisations do not support a political aspirant anymore based on his ideas or ability to perform in governance, but only when its known that he has the support of the majority and has been proven to them that he would support their interest and never do anything to derail their grip on power and the economy which they have permanent control upon, and that leads to giving such a candidate their support.

 Such  a candidate in power will not be able to deliver the desired results which the majority wanted due to the influence of the mega political contributors.  The 21st century democracy political programmers with their influence makes it difficult and would  not allow such  a candidate to contribute to the development of the society in general based on the will of the majority. The role of money and influence from these wealthy individuals or organisations, always leads to an unintelligent persons taking over the leadership of the country in the minds of the majority. The personal interest of these influential people is put ahead before the general public's interest when its comes to any democratic political development in many societies that this electoral process of hijacking the person representing will of the majority takes place.

Common democratic knowledge have failed the majority on several occasions, and the public in many democratic societies kept on wondering why and what has really happened to their beloved democratic institutions that was formerly efficient and running. Policy failure, strangulation of the political system and neglect over the years by the wealthy and influential people, which has not been to the benefit of the majority, has made many to start predicting that the 21st century and its political challenges will dig the grave for democratic institutions to rest in peace, this can be adduced to its consistent failure in many societies around the world.

The reality is that, its not the democratic institution that is possessed by the evil that has befallen modern democracy. Its the activities of the "Operators" and the "Pollutants" working in these democratic institutions that are riddled with corrupt tendencies, all in an attempt to protect their personal and co-operate interest at all cost. The "Pollutants" would be willing to do anything to stop anyone who wants to oppose them or bring a positive change to the advantage of the majority at their expense. The "operators" whom are the elected officials and the "pollutants" are those who select, sponsor or donate to finance aspirants electioneering expenses. These two categories of people consider their personal interest above the interest of the majority which brings the elected officials "operators" into power. And as soon as the ''operators" get in to office they join the band wagon of the sponsors.  The majority harnessing their votes believing in the manifesto presented publicly to them by the candidate and whom is viewed as the person that will operate the political system to their advantage that will usher in a positive change in their social and economic lives are never aware about the inside dealing and lobbies that would have taken place between the "pollutants" and the newly elected "operator" .


 These two groups have hijacked and manipulated the institutions of democracy in many societies, and their control has made it difficult for those with positive intention to bring about a change in several unreliable democracies around the world. These groups have stagnated the democratic principles for the majority and has made the system not to efficiently perform its duty to the majority. The ability to control state officials in government through their influence and by their wealth has been the reason for the failure of many democratic institutions around the world. The elected officials have no or little say in the affairs of the institutions which they occupy, this is because many of their campaigns and sponsorship came form the "Pollutants" and the"Operators" of the political system. They are the ones who determine when,where and how the public policy programs are to be implemented. And in any situation where the office holder feels uncomfortable with their decision and willing to go ahead with the program as stated in his manifesto to the people. The "pollutants" would be willing to damage his reputation or prop up charges against such a person to discredit his administration.

 Political aspirants of different political parties rely on these influential and mega billionaires to donate money for their political campaigns and from these monies, advert placement for or against a particular candidate is made and these adverts serves as a determinant factor in modern democracy for who gets the political seat. Since campaigns play major role in elections, it cost huge sums of money that many aspirants can not solely provide for themselves alone because of the nature of the challenges of campaign tours in modern elections. Political campaigns and the nature of adverts presented by a candidate that appeals to the poor are not too entirely different from that which appeals to the people in the middle-class, there are no wide margin between the two,it always promote social democratic ideas. This is because, out of the educated and innovative lower class, there the middle-class rises from. While those electoral campaigns and adverts which speaks about a particular candidate intention that appeal to the wealthy class are in sharp contrast to those of the two other class. Campaigns that appeal to the wealthy are capitalist driven ideas of democratic institutions where safety is not guaranteed for the weak in the society. This is one of the most significant reason why democratic institutions and their officials elected by the will of the majority fail to promote what their manifesto is about after they get into office.

One should not dispute the facts that there are no democratic states where the leadership has no control of the state.Many socialist democracies like Venezuela and Brazil have shown that its possible for the will of the majority to be ad-heard to, based on the manifesto which the candidate presented to the majority. What the "operators" and "pollutant" of modern democracies do is to program modern democratic systems in their societies to their favor. And these always happen where the have a good hold of the political landscape. They make sure that they hijack, promote and fund two major political  parties, leaving the masses with no option but to choose between the two leaders that come from their own funded parties.

 Modern democracy can be said to be a football club, its owners suffers no monetary loss but rather makes profit when the club losses a match point to another competing club. The club owner might suffers the same emotional pain, which the fans experienced over the lost point, but the difference is that, the club owner goes back to his office happy expecting to receive the check from his bank manager minutes after the game in his office. The case with the fans is entirely different, they loss the money which they pay to watch the game, they are not entertained and at the same time suffer emotional loss because of the love they have for the team. Its sub-optimal in all aspects and that might lead to high blood pressure. At the end, when the club gets relegated or trying to limp above relegation, the fans have no say in the transfer window and can not determine which player should be bought by the club to change its fortune and at what cost. Or the player that needs to leave the club and the management will never be willing to reduce the price of the ticket due to their loyalty to the club. It is not in the fans power to determine if the coach is to stay or get of the training pitch for a better coach to take over. All decision are made by the club owners without the fans knowledge and the fans have no option but to accept it.

This simply explains the reason why majority in modern democracy are not shareholders in the democratic societies they have found themselves but are meant to show allegiance to a system that is not in their control. The majority only have an option which is given to them by the "Operators" and the  "Pollutants" every electioneering year to choose between the two that will work for their interest.

TURKEY ON THE WRONG SIDE OF HISTORY: THE TURKISH DEAL TO EVADE THE ARMENIAN GENOCIDE.

The recent challenge to the Turkish people in the French parliament on the genocide denial by the Turkish government which the lower parliament of France passed is an indication that the Ottoman empire committed  grievous crimes against the Armenians and the French people are interested in bringing justice to the Armenians  The bill made the Turkish government to run some diplomatic marathon for some few months around the world. And since Turkey has not be able to cleanse itself appropriately from that deadly human crisis for years, the crime against humanity has continued to hunt the image of the country continuously.  The recent attempt in giving its military assistance and financial support to armed men fighting its regional neighbor, explains much about its repeated history which is similar to the support that the Ottoman empire gave the Kurds against the Armenians some ninety years ago. In addition to the military support its rendering to terrorist organizations that camouflaged themselves as Free Syrian Army, whom are bent on bringing down the Syrian regime and destabilizing the region. It shows that the Turkish leaders are really prepared to consistently repeat their acts on every crisis within and outside their boundaries. Not considering what history has taught them but bent to do everything possible to favor those international and regional powers, that have interest in seeing the end of the Syrian regime through a covert deal it signed with the Western accusers of the Syrian government. The world should not be caught unaware to the reason why Turkey is playing a significant role in seeing to an end Bashir Al- Assad's regime in Syria and why it is effectively helping the rebels and terrorist to achieve both French and other Western allies plans in its region.

An inept scrutiny will give a better understanding to why prime minister Recep Tayyip  Erdogan, has kept his mouth shut on the Mavi Marmara flotilla attack by the Israeli military, which consumed the lives of nine of his country men in international waters, whom were on their way to Gaza in order to break the siege on that coastal city. And why the cordial relationship which existed between prime minister Recep Tayyip  Erdogan and Bashar Al- Assad went sour immediately after the revolution began in the Middle East. It was not just because Erdogan wanted to be an important player in the middle east political scene but because he has a lot to do in order to exonerate his government and that of his country from any atrocities committed in the past. Even though, the ethnic group that they both committed the acts of terror together during the Ottoman empire, have apologized for their evil actions against the Armenians which occurred in the early years of the Twentieth century. Turkish officials remain adamant on the matter and insisted that it was not a genocide but a war. When the marriage of convenience ended between the Kurds and the Turkish people due to the Kurdish plan for self rule, and in order for the Kurdish people to gain support for their mission in the region, the Kurdish people and their political parties decided to apologized for their wrong doings in killing the Armenians.

 Many Western officials agreed to the fact that the Armenians suffered human and material losses in the hands of the Ottoman empire between 1915-1923, and are of the opinion that, Turkey need to apologizes and pay compensations for the crimes it committed. But that acknowledgement can only be achieved when pressure is mounted on the Turkish government by many western officials for it to acknowledge its role in the massacre  The Arab revolution gave prime minister Erdogan a better opportunity to technically exonerate Turkey from accepting the fact that genocide was committed against the Armenians during the Ottoman empire, the Syrian crisis opened an avenue to seal a deal with the French government and its western allies, and they have agreed to soften the pedals on the Armenian genocide claims.  The Turkish government decided to work in concert with the Western capitals agenda on Syria and this deal has secured the Turkish government a safe haven from being pressured on the Armenian genocide by the West. To fulfill its part of the deal, Turkey has to aggressively play along to trap the Syrian regime by using all available means and in adopting such, it remembered the Ottoman empire introduced a law known as Article 116 which targeted and restricted the Armenians from possessing arms. But in the Syrian scenario its targeted plan for the Syrian regime is in the name of a No Fly Zone at the United Nations Security Council which it believed would gain much support in the UN. The Erdogan government has been actively playing a role to achieve the No Fly Zone resolution by encouraging and opening all fronts within its territory for the Free Syrian Army and other terrorist organizations to create more humanitarian disaster in the country.

The knowledge of the Libyan revolution which ousted Mohamad Gahddafi of Libya through the No Fly Zone adopted by the security council and executed by North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) became an eye opener for many world powers and its still fresh in the memory of many international political players mind. The activities of  NATO member nations and its air-power in the revolution changed the concept of No Fly Zone from an empty skies, where no military aircraft flies within a particular designated territory to an air space dominated by military jets owned by the Allied forces and supporters of the revolution (rebels)to target the government officials and the leader. The Libyan drama being fresh in the memory of many, made the Russian ambassador to the United Nations said the concept of No Fly Zone has been changed to an attacking position of choice by superior powers which simply means attacking Syria will be even more disastrous.

Attacking Syria and changing its regime would be a difficult task by any nation without the support of all members of the security council and since the Libyan No Fly Zone was a disaster regretted by those who voted for it. Because of its massive unaccounted death rate which was prompted by the NATO air raids and total destruction of  social infrastructure that followed, China and Russia will not be willing to give any support to such plans in Syria and would probably do their best to stand against such resolutions in the council. The best way would be to secure a political settlement between various parties in Syria just like it was done in Lebanon after several years of its civil war. The Syrian government has issued its stand on a political settlement which shows its readiness to solve the crisis but the opposition supported by regional powers feel they can bring to an end the regimes lifetime and for that purpose the opposition and the Free Syrian Army are not willing to enter into negotiations with the government in Syria.

For how long will the Ottoman Turkey run away from the alleged crimes it committed against the Armenians and how much confidence does it have in its allies? Or does it feel with what its doing now in Syria the Armenian question would not be raised in the future? Why is Turkey always being found on the wrong side of regional conflict and always repeating history? While the Israeli have paid compensations to the family members of those activist that were killed in the Mavi Marmara attack through a Jewish organization in Turkey, would Turkey be willing to do the same to the Armenians? Or does the Turkish government thinks keeping its mouth shut against the crimes committed by the Israeli commandos would make a difference and the issue of the Armenian genocide would never be revisited forever to avoid being accused of genocide? if it believes doing this will not open a new chapter on the Armenian genocide its thinking must be wrong. The Turkish people should watch their prime minister's foreign policy at close range and fashion it towards the interest of the Turkish people because it seems Erdogan is living in a fantasy world for now. And for Erdogan, he should watch carefully not fall into the same trap which Charles Taylor was accused of in Sierra Lone.  The Turkish parliament and its people must start to ruminate upon the activities of their prime minister early before he takes the nation on a journey of no return in Syria.

HOW ILLICIT DRUG TRADE HELPS SMALL ARMS MANUFACTURERS TO MAKE PROFIT AND ITS NEGATIVE EFFECTS OF WAR ON DRUGS IN THE SOCIETY.

Drugs and the war on drugs helps in creating a specific breed of people from the lower class to be jailed because both the two acts as a catalyst to feign disorder. While the illicit drugs have less negative effect on the society, the war on illicit drugs created an open route for arms and ammunitions to play an active role in the society. Drugs situated itself as the saviour which the poor  resort to in order to escape his poverty for a while and in it they found solace, when all hope in government that is expected to positively shape their future is lost.  Instead of letting the poor embrace free education, that would have enhanced his socio-political and economic mobility upward in the society, politicians and state officials through the war on illicit drugs rather prefer to invest in the institutions that produces arms and ammunitions which they believed would help to curtail the access to illicit drugs. The replica effect of the war on drugs only made many poor fellow  find themselves in prison custody, being feed by the tax payers and if unlucky the law sends him to his grave by the same government investment on war against illicit drugs. The war on drugs have not changed anything since its inception but rather it has worsen the situation and accounting for the death of many innocent people around the world, making the United States, Mexico and other Latin American countries world leaders in drug related deaths. This war on drugs has only revealed its stimulus effect in the poorest communities, that crime factories can easily be encoraged in those poor communities around the world and the laws against illicit drugs enhances the effectiveness of those factories in its output on daily basis.


Those who deal in illicit drugs and their consumers are considered unfit in the society, they are sent to jails based on whatever amount of substance of illicit drugs that are found on them and it has opened up another avenue for prison contractors, correction centres and gun lobbyist to make more profit from the tax payers through the state coffers and as it gets harder for the state to finance the prisons due to influx of inmates, and inssuficient finance, privatization is now the option that comes into play and whenever they are out of jail, they return back to the only business they know how to do best. This simply explains the circular flow of the war on drugs. What we need to know is that there is a bond between weapons and drugs and until the concept on the war on illicit drugs are changed, there can be no solutions to the increase in drug related deaths and the inability of governments to tackle the trade will continue. There are various security reports that revealed American guns flowed through the Mexican borders in order to track drug dealers but the covert operations failed and tax payers money were wasted in billions and just some few months ago, it was reported that some of the weapon are begining to find their way back into the American society which has led to one person being shot in a U.S. town close to the Mexican border.

The war on drugs started as soon as the Cold War concept and efficiency was at its declining stage, countries that spearheaded the Cold War made the war on drugs served as a tool against nations or leaders that did not adopt the western ideology of capitalism but all was in an attempt to keep the production line of guns to be consistent while profit is being made. The war on drugs has continued to spill over and feign disorder even in democratic states that supported capitalism, the poor in many of those societies wanted to  find a away to escape poverty and the only available source for them was either to cultivate the plants which produces the drugs or serve as marketing and logistic agent for illicit drugs which goes to the rich western hemispher nations. With this, the drug war became an international challenge, which made nations around the world to adopt a convention on illicit traffic of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substance. The conventions signed by nations on the war on drugs created a buffer zone for rebels fighting against perceived socialist or capitalist governments in their countries. Capitalist drug dealer in such nations were empowered to recruit and finance their activities through the drugs black market corridor that made the price of illicit drugs became more expensive in the international market and in return they supplied weapons to the rebels.


For the small and light weapons manufactures to continue in business after the Cold War, illicit Drugs became the only product that the rebels could sell to buy any type of small arms from the weapon and arms  producing nations. The arms manufacturing firms profit margin increased tremendously through the flow of illicit drugs to the economically advanced nations when it was banned internationally and in return small arms and light weapons were produced to enhance the potency of their rebellion against the governments of their nations. Illicit drugs is playing a major role in economics and politics of many developing nations,  just in the manner at which the crude oil is in relationship with small arms of all sorts in many Third world oil rich nations. Nigeria, Angola, Sudan, South Sudan, Libya and Iraq are few examples of the nations that have challenges with the relationship which arms and oil resources did create. Small arms and light weapons is perfectly in relationship with illicit drugs, its just that illicit drugs does not have a stock exchange listing to operate upon. The race to acquire more guns for the police by various governments, personal protection, gang protection and gun production will drastically reduce. Violent acts stimulated by illicit drugs which has led to deaths of many citizens will be a thing of the past. The profit made by the gun manufactures and the money which is the motive behind smuggling drugs that led to several street and gang deaths will be streamlined by the liberalization of drugs around the world and many lives would be preserved from gun weilding persons who is under the influence of illicit drugs.

HOW WESTERN BUSINESSES CAN CHANGE STRATEGY TO FIGHT ECONOMIC RECESSION

Businesses are meant to expand beyond their home country and to make their presences felt around the world. Their products are expected to be a common household which every person should crave for. But many businesses do not know that politicians stand as a stumbling block for the growth and expansion of local businesses through their personal interest that affect the free flow of business among nations around the world. It is these businesses which the people in middle and lower class rely upon for their survival and that is where they invest all their energy and time in order for the products to be acceptable in every market and in turn increase their daily wages. Politicians that determine the direction of markets for their local businesses have no idea of how hard these two classes of people have invested in productivity. Politicians do not understand that the middle class, the lower class rise through the economic difficulty and it is upon their productivity that their income is built. The fact is that both classes suffers from the irrational decisions of these politicians with their cohorts that serve as government contractors in every nation. Government contractors dominate the scene and usually think for the politicians that do not take cognizance of these two groups of people before making political decision that affect businesses. These two classes must be recognize as the back bone of any economy and must be treated fairly in political decision making. Investors and global elites who own multinational companies are usually focused on profit while not considering the fact that the middle class and the lower class serves as the engine of their profit. 

Since the 1950ties many small and medium businesses have adopted the pattern of relying on expert advice just as the multinational businesses do to determine their development and expansion in different markets and as the climate of business changes either due to unforeseen forces in the market or government official decisions which can not be controlled by the CEO's of small and medium businesses and their management teams, they discovered that expert advise have continued to fail in forecasting the dangers ahead which has led to many businesses going under during the economic recession. Many who invested based on expert advice seems to regret their actions because they did lost all their saving. A lot of business owners are people who move with the wind and when the wind stops blowing they go bankrupt easily. What many small business owners do not understand is that many multinationals organisations insured their investments with the political system run by politicians and when expert advise fails they are covered. And if in any case the organisation must go bankrupt, the global elite who owns the company gets back his investment share price while other investor go down with the sinking ship.

 Here, i will be making suggestions for small and medium businesses to first put away all political influence in their business deals. It is better not to invest in a business that you can not control, for a business which you do not have control off, such business will surely control you. Big businesses owned by global elites are attached to governments, contracts and security for  survival is immense in political decision for them but for small and medium size businesses it must have no relationship with politicians and it being independent should seek producing for the people within  and other markets. The deep attachment of Big businesses with government officials denies the access for small and medium aspiring business to go beyond their borders to establish their presences. Some of these is what China avoided which made many small and medium businesses in China to become global players within a decade.

 A deep attachment to politics and government officials when doing business can totally destroy the future of any business and its expansion, for political decision controls human society and what normal business entreprise  intends to do are always subject to the program and policies made by politicians who are not business inclined but supporters of Big businesses. And on many occasions, their decisions does not work for the interest of both the medium and small businesses. Political decisions in home countries against other nations, work as a stumbling block to reduce the flow of business transaction with other partners across the border and countries where commodities from such small and medium business entity ought to have made its mark quickly in other local markets abroad.

Business oriented people of the 21st century need to know that politicians do not have a permanent friend and does not want a permanent enemy, what it desire is a permanent and selfish interest of its own. But businesses have a permanent friend which is the consumer who resides anywhere around the world and in any type of political system. Politicians do not care how business operation are worked and by a stroke of wrong political decision they can make a business go bankrupt and they are not interested in knowing the technicalities and economics of expansion in the world of competition. What they are intrested in is what their global elite friends would get and what their own profit would be in the political decision is implemented. 

Adam Smith's capitalist concept of free trade was never a wrong idea, it never expected businesses to rely on government budgets for the survival of any business, but it was the politicians of many capitalist societies who later determine WHERE and WHO gets the commodity at the international market that got it wrong for the businesses and made Adam Smith theory a foolish idea. Those businesses that rely on government budgets used their influence in government to determine the rate at which the forces of demand and supply dictates the free flow of goods and services in the market and it has made it more water tight for small and medium businesses to survive.  World business elites have narrowed the essential public good which ought to come from policy making to themselves and their businesses, thereby making government policies to stand against the growth and development of other small aspiring businesses that are not patterned towards government finance.

 This is basically the reason why many small and medium business owners became politicians at the local level overnight, all is in order to protect their investment, believing its when businesses and their owners are associated with politicians it opens the door for juice contracts and government insurance can be secured for such businesses. Some small and medium businesses decided to have candidates in the people's congress all in an attempt to have a better advantage. This can only make such a person become wealthier while making those that works for him live in penury and end up losing their income when they retire from the organization because he will have to share with the politician and other contesting interest in the society. Because of his own interest, he will decide to be looking for a more cheaper place territory to produce and this will lead to outsourcing and by so doing he neglects the engine room that produces the wealth he sits upon.

Businesses have been told that political and economic sanctions are based on national security or national interest advancement, for those strugglling business empires and the middle class businesses that have gone bankrupt, they would now know better that personal interest of global  businesses and politicians who could not see beyond their society played a greater role in approving sanctions. The influence of global elites in political decisions has been able to see that economic sanctions stood as a stumbling block to the success of small vibrant businesses especially in the United States. It is now that one will expect Americans to better understand why Standard Chartered Bank of the United Kingdom had to do deals behind close doors with some Iranian businesses and still willing to pay a handsome fine from the profit, probably if that covert business was not carried out it would have asked for a bail out too. Standard Chartered did such simply because there is money to made in the Iranian market which was denied by some powerful political opinion leaders in the west and some politicians who hold and dictate the mantle of public decisions in the United States.

 It would have been impossible as at the year 2012 to ascertain the billions of dollars many western small and medium businesses would have made in profit, if it was doing business with a consuming nation like Iran. But since economic and political sanctions were slamed on the nation after its 1979 Islamic revolution by the U.S. and European governments, it has denied those businesses to access those markets. It is certain that sanctions on other Third world countries have not really helped many U.S. and western small aspiring business enterprise and as such, it has limited their expansion in a fast developing and consuming world where a single country can change positively the profit margins of any business organization. The result of those sanctions is what  many U.S. businesses are suffering from during this economic and financial downturn of the 21st century. The decisions and policies of the western politicians that favors global business elites has denied small and medium businesses to seek new grounds and open new markets for its goods.

 The western politicians believing it was going to be consistently rosy for the Western world, its business executive, business consultants and politicians who never saw the dangers of their actions in a fast moving world of innovation and education which the far East has secured. They went to sleep on their minimal success, for more than four decades, access was denied to many Western businesses to expand due to political differences, which their home country had with many Third world nations that are now the source of world commodity demand, which  is driven by its population growth and its fast rising middle class, that has access to modern technological and know how to produce cheaper and flexible products. Many terminals in the western world that export goods are closed or now receives imported goods from those nations that formally depended on western products. Its a pity, that those fast growing global businesses of those era in the Western world misplaced priorities and are now seriously competing and wanting to catch up with other smart evolving businesses from the East, especially those within the Asian tigers territory. The economic problems in the West has opened up the weakness of its politicians and their decisions on business enterprises. 

But the fact is, its never to late for any business owner that wants to take the bold step in opening up new factories in the Third world countries where labour is cheap and material resources are available. Its products will be consumed by the local population which still relies on foreign imports and the avenue to export is readily  available. Americans and other western small and medium scale CEO's  should develop a synergy with their politicians to lift sanctions off those countries that their politicians have slammed sanctions upon for decades, and at the same time other Western businesses of all shades and types have to prevail upon their government  to change their attitudes towards countries like Cuba, Iran, Zimbabwe, North Korea and Burma that have the potential of generating huge capital for Western businesses in the nearest future. This has to  be done quickly, for there to be an open door for investment and trade between the two old enemies before they lose the entire world market to the Asian tigers especially China and India. And this blunder commited by the west should serve as a lesson for other fast developing nations not to let politics determine WHERE AND WHO gets what of business output in a global world.

THE NEW OTTOMAN EMPIRE ARABS SHOULD WATCH OUT FOR: WOULD IT BE A SAFE JOURNEY TO EMBARK UPON FOR TURKEY?

The Arab world should begin to prepare its population for a modern Ottoman empire which is systematically dragging itself in the realms of the political and economic landscape of the Middle East with some substance of military prowess. If possible it will overrun the whole region in the next couples of decades. Close to a century when the Ottoman Empire lost its influence and political power in the region to the British, the intention of the Turkish administration is to gain control of the region and capitalizing on the financial and economic downturn being experienced in the European countries which mainly affects Portugal, Italy, Greece and Spain (PIGS). France, Britain and Germany are watching over their back not to be dragged in to the economic and financial crises facing their neighbors in the European Union. If the financial crisis cannot be contained and it spills over, it will be more terrible for France, Britain and Germany and possibly bring to an end the flotation of the Euro currency. This home front economic war has been able to divert much of their attention from the Middle East which has opened a new front for Turkey.

The United States is facing similar economic and financial challenges and its influence in the Arab world is gradually dwindling, the Arab spring which has overthrown dictators that were loyal to Western governments has opened the Middle East for more resource hungry nations. These unexpected events across the Arab world made the U.S.to shift much of its military power base to the fast developing South East Asian region retaining few staunch allies of monarchs in the Middle East to maintain the status quo. In order for the U.S. to compete effectively and not to let the rising China take advantage of its position, it had to look for new military grounds in Asia. These actions created a strategic opportunity for their best Middle East military ally in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) to take over some parts of the region, especially where Western governments for decades saw as a hard shell to crack. 

 With the support of the military wing of the Western alliance, Turkey would be able to have significant control and influence on any future Syria, Lebanon and the Iraqi Kurdistan region governments, which will change the political landscape of the region, until when the western world is able to recover from its economic and financial quagmire. Turkey would definitely hold on for its allies in the region and keep fighting their battle for them, simply because, the Turkish government under Prime Minister Erdogan feels it is worth fighting for, and seeing it as an effective way to play the cards of sectarianism after-all Turkish people are majority Sunni.  And since Iraqi Kurdistan region is a place where the Turkish government and businesses have already built their influence within a short period after the discovery of oil with the support of the Iraqi Kurdistan president Massoud Barzani.  It will be thought to be the right step in the right direction. But time will tell if the aim was for the benefit of the people of Iraqi Kurdistan people. On several occasions, the Turkish military have had to cross a sovereign border to attack and strike Kurdish rebels positions without consulting the Iraqi government.  

How enlightened and knowledgeable are Arab foreign diplomats in knowing Turkish foreign policy within their territory and how could they decipher the future of Turkish influence in their Geo-political region and its expansionist plans?  To diagnose this, attention has to be paid to the cross border operations on the Iraqi territory. The aim of the Turkish military is to capture or kill the Kurdistan Peoples Workers Party (PKK) rebels, which have been fighting the Turkish government for an independent homeland. It should be viewed as a license to kill on foreign soils. It has simply established the foundation for the Turkish government to enter into an unlimited War on Stateless Enemy and this can be sanctioned on any Arab nation. This strategy can be adopted in Syria, which Turkey claims its territory is being used to support the PKK rebels. The Arab people need to quickly know that the United States government adopts such acts in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen and Somalia and will be willing to give Turkey such support.

 Arab governments should be able to understand quickly the goals of Turkey in its region and that which it projects for its Western allies. Turkey under Prime Minister Erdogan is gradually re-enacting the forgotten influence of the Ottoman Empire around the Middle East in the 21^st century without any exception. Any expert of international politics should be able to draw this conclusion from Ahmet Darutoglu, the Turkish foreign minister speech, when he said only Turkey will determine the future of Syria. 

Dissecting the Turkish foreign minister’s speech, it is clear that Turkey have several roles to play in the 21^st century Arab region. And for those Arab leaders that would not play by the rules, baits have been setup for them. This is an example of what Al Assad and the Syrian people are facing. An idea of weakening the Syrian regime is by encouraging and supporting rebels for as long as possible, which will the fight to escalate into the Turkish territory and that will pave the way for a foreign military power to intervene on the rebel side. In adopting this tactics within the Syrian crisis, there are signs that it will lead to a serious military confrontation between the two nations and Turkey might be willing to call on NATO for support.  This can be traced to the reason why there have been consistent warnings from Western government to the Syrian regime not to use its chemical weapon which it insists; it was going to use only against any foreign aggression on its soil. 

 The plan will be carefully crafted, to allow the Turkish military to attack the Syrian territory on the claims, that the Kurds living in Syria are either arming the PKK rebels or crossing over the Syrian border to attack the Turkish military. And lately within the Syrian crisis, the Turkish government have been losing men on monthly basis in the hands of the PKK rebels since the Syrian crisis escalated.

Attention will not be paid to the German intelligence service reports, which confirmed that terrorist affiliated with Al Qaida and rebels are being trained on Turkish soil to fight the Syrian regime have been crossing from the Turkish border into Syria to lunch attacks on the Syrian army.There are several reports that rebels from the Free Syrian Army and terrorist from different Middle East nations are being armed and financed by the Western government, Israel and some of their Arab allies which include Qatar and Saudi Arabia. But this will not be put into consideration when both nations face each other.  This proves that the crisis in Syria is more of a Geo-political interest for the Turkish government and is effectively playing a major role in the Geo-political shake-up. 

The modern Ottoman Empire headed by Prime Minister Erdogan is a reality. The Arabs need to know how the modern Ottoman influence is been fashioned out based on deals and agreements with its Western counterparts. And the job for Turkey is to maintain its Western counterparts influence on its behalf against Iran which seems to be a Geo-political competitor. While Turkey gains from the spoils, nations such as Syria, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon and the Kurdistan region of Iraq have to be sensitive to the moves of Turkey in the region, it is practically interfering in the Arabs political scene.  Such instant was during the Egyptian revolution, when it knew the Muslim Brotherhood had much support from the population, it advised the Egyptian populace to adopt the Turkish style of governance for it to secure a stable democracy.

In another instance, the visit of the Turkish foreign minister to the autonomous Kurdistan region of Iraq without the knowledge of the central Iraqi government is a way to explain that Turkey can do what it likes in the region without any consequences; it was a vivid example to show its modern Ottoman influence in the region. Anyone who followed reports after the Turkish government foreign minister visits, the Iraqi military was denied entry into the autonomous Kurdistan region to protect its border in Ninawa  by peshmerga forces. A border town which is believed that Iraqi Kurdistan’s are helping the rebels with weapons. “[Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-]Maliki said in a statement yesterday that there were clear suspicions that the province's guards had turned the region, near the Iraqi-Syrian border, into a haven for militants to cross to and from Syria, stressing that this was why they refused the army entry to that area, given that they could cut off supplies to insurgents.”

The Syrian people and its government for years have never been a threat to the Turkish people or its leadership. But under the deal which the Turkish government must have agreed upon with the Western and other Sunni led governments in the Arab world is to overthrow the Syrian regime and to achieve this, it must accused the Syrian government headed by Bashar Al-Assad of creating an avenue for the Syrian Kurdish people of arming the PKK rebels. And this has made Turkey to open an Air Base some 100 kilometres close to the Syrian border. The purpose, which the Air Base will serve, still remains unknown, but the nearest future will tell if the Arabs are willing to serve the 21^st century Ottoman from Turkey again
